The Rapture in the Rockies Prophecy Conference features some of the best known Bible Prophecy teachers, authors and experts who will help us decipher what's happening around the world through  a Biblical lens.  This will be a wonderful time of learning, inspiration, encouragement and fellowship with like-minded believers.  We’d like to cover a few things that you’ll need to know before the conference begins.

 

Conference Check-In:  Check-in for the conference takes place on Thursday, June 4 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm

at the Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.  After entering the hotel, just follow the signage to the check-in area.  You will receive a conference lanyard and your name badge which you will need to wear at all times to gain entrance into the conference hall.  Technically, your name badge is your ‘ticket’.

If you decide to skip Thursday night’s events, you may pick up your lanyard, name badge etc.

on Friday morning.

NOTE: We do not anticipate any at this time, but there is always the possibility of necessary last-minute changes to the current schedule. This could be due to flight delays and other things beyond our control.

Please be patient and understanding, knowing we will do everything we can to make this an enjoyable and uplifting experience for everyone. 

 

Parking for the Conference:  There is a lot of conference parking available at the hotel.  It is 'open'       parking in the sense that there is not separate gated parking for hotel guests.  Hotel and non-hotel guests park in the same lot.

 

Hotel Address:  The physical address of the Marriott Hotel and Conference Center is 5580 Tech Center Drive/ Colorado Springs, CO.

 

Dining Options:  There are a variety of dining options inside the hotel and close by the hotel.  We will also be featuring private conference meals in the hotel with special prophecy presentations.

 

Attire:  There’s no hard and fast rule regarding dress.  

Some of our attendees will dress in business casual.  

But most will dress in ‘Colorado casual’.  

You’ll be sitting a lot.  We want you to be comfortable.

However, we would appreciate no shorts.  

The weather should be beautiful, however this is Colorado.  

We suggest you bring one winter outfit with a heavy jacket.

Resources:  All the speakers will have a variety of books, DVDs and other media pertaining to Bible Prophecy.  You will have plenty of time to see what’s available, meet the speakers and purchase the very latest resources in Bible Prophecy.
